Mid-Atlantic Health Care transforming vacant downtown building into $20M skilled nursing facility

Mid-Atlantic Health Care LLC on Friday announced plans for a $20 million skilled nursing center on downtown Baltimore’s west side. The center, called Restore Health Baltimore, will be located at 300 W. Fayette St., a largely vacant seven-story, 120,000-square-foot building that Mid-Atlantic Health Care plans to renovate.
