​Maryland legislature passes bill to provide millions in tax credits to Northrop Grumman

The Maryland legislature passed a bill Monday to provide Northrop Grumman Corp. millions in tax credits, provided the company maintains its manufacturing presence in the state. The bill passed the state’s House of Delegates on a 74-59 vote, just three days after the Senate approved it by a 31-13 vote. It awaits Gov.
