Next week, the first phase of a $20 million redevelopment of The Shops at Kenilworth will be unveiled with the grand opening of the newly minted, one-story Stebbins Anderson home goods store on the lower level. The project to reconfigure and upgrade the 142,000-square foot mall in Towson began last year. When the redevelopment is completed in 2017, the mall will have a Trader Joe’s, a market place, wine bar and a new, modern vibe.
