David and Dad's, apartments and spin studio going into former downtown bank building

For years the Central Savings Bank building at the corner of North Charles and East Lexington streets has sat vacant, but this summer development team Poverni Sheikh Group will open 24 new apartments in the building with a restaurant and spin studio on the first floor.
