Construction of 17-story Harbor Point apartment building gets underway

A 17-story, 289-unit apartment building at Harbor Point is set to be highlighted in an event on the waterfront Tuesday. The development, 1405 Point, broke ground earlier this year and is expected to be completed in late 2017.
