Businesses in Baltimore's core to be assessed more to fund new hiring efforts and homeless aid

Nearly one year after the violent unrest that gripped the city after the death of Freddie Gray in police custody, the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore Inc. is raising its assessment costs for city businesses in order to help fund new job and local business initiatives.
