Ritz Cabaret restaurant expansion back on the table

A proposal for a gentleman’s club in Fells Point to expand its restaurant is back on the table, about 16 months after the plan was rejected by the city’s liquor board. The Ritz Cabaret, located at 504 S. Broadway, is trying again to build an expansion on the club starting at 500 S. Broadway and connecting to the current club.
