Greater Baltimore home sales rise 21 percent in February

Baltimore-area home sales rose by 21 percent in February, a period in when inventory declined for the sixth straight month. At the same time, the median sales price of homes sold during the month was unchanged from February 2015 at $225,000, according to data released Thursday by Rockville research firm RealEstate Business Intelligence.
