Editors of the Baltimore Business Journal, the Sun and the Baltimore Brew on Friday filed a complaint with the state’s Open Meetings Compliance Board seeking to have meetings at the Baltimore Development Corp. over a proposed $535 million tax subsidy for Sagamore Development LLC opened to the public.
