Baltimore software firm Catalyst DevWorks has raised $11.5 million to advance engineering team development tools and services. Catalyst uses data and predictive analytics to efficiently assemble teams of engineers. Companies can license the tool and use it to improve their own hiring, or can pay Catalyst to put together and deploy an engineering team.
