Forget crab. Growing number of Baltimore restaurants focus on oysters

In a city known for crabs, there’s another shellfish on the rise. If recent restaurant openings are any indicator, the oyster is the latest darling on Baltimore’s dining scene. The mollusk has long been a mainstay on the menu at seafood restaurants, but the past few years have brought a new bounty of eateries that count oysters as their primary focus — and even pay tribute to them in their name.
