Laureate selling two European schools for $385M

Laureate Education Inc. is selling two European hospitality schools to a French private-equity group in a multimillion-dollar deal coming months after the Baltimore for-profit education company filed for an initial public offering. Laureate is selling the Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches International School of Hotel Management to the private-equity firm Eurazeo.
