Horseshoe Casino sushi restaurant to open McHenry Row location

Ruby 8 Noodles and Sushi restaurant will open its second Baltimore location in mid-May at McHenry Row. Mark Sapperstein, developer of the Locust Point mixed-use development, said Thursday the restaurant is expanding from its first location in the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.
