Houston-based Hanover Co. recently paid $16.4 million for land in South Baltimore to build 299 apartments as part of the Stadium Square project. The sale by Towson-based Caves Valley Partners to Hanover closed last month, state records show. The apartment building will include retail space and a parking garage.
