Radio conglomerate iHeartMedia Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The San Antonio-based company announced March 14 that it had reached an agreement in principle with debt holders for a restructuring that will reduce the company’s debt by more than $10 billion. The company said it believes it has enough cash to continue to operate during the restructuring.
