The first Maryland location of craft beer bar Growler USA is coming to The Rotunda in Baltimore’s Hampden neighborhood. The specialty chain is the latest tenant to sign a lease at the $70 million, mixed-use redevelopment project on West 40th Street, The Rotunda’s retail leasing office said Monday.
